Shipping Policy

1. Dispatch Time

• Orders are usually dispatched within 2 days of confirmation.
• We aim for same-day dispatch when possible.
• If out of stock, orders are shipped within 2 days after restock.

2. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery is 5–7 working days, depending on your location and courier availability. Remote areas may take longer.

3. Tracking

Once shipped, tracking details will be shared via SMS or email.

4. Shipping Charges

Any applicable shipping fees are shown at checkout before payment.

5. Damaged Parcels

If your parcel appears damaged:

• Record a full unboxing video in front of the courier partner.
• Contact customer care with the video for claim verification.
