1. Return Policy (In Case of Damage)

• If your product arrives damaged, please make sure to record a video while opening the parcel in front of the courier partner.
• The unboxing video is mandatory for verifying damage claims.
• Once we verify the issue, your refund will be processed within 7 working days.

2. Dispatch Time

• Orders are generally dispatched within 2 days.
• In most cases, we try to ensure same-day dispatch.
• If the product is temporarily unavailable, dispatch will be completed within 2 days once back in stock.

3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is 5 to 7 days, depending on your location and courier service.
